Jarcrac – Designed on the forest’s terms
The Jarcrac story began in 1998 from a passion for welding and product development. Over the years, this work has grown into a full range of machines designed for professionals, built for year-round use in demanding conditions – always with respect for the forest and the soil.
Today, Jarcrac is known for its agile and efficient forest machines, manufactured at our own factory in Ranua, Finland. The range includes forwarders, harvesters, and combi machines, available either with eight wheels or tracks. These machines are specifically designed for thinning operations and soft terrain, where precision, low weight, and minimal ground impact are essential.
The core principles behind Jarcrac machines are simplicity, reliability, and ease of use. The structures are clear and practical, serviceability is designed with real-world needs in mind, and every component is sourced from well-known manufacturers with strong and reliable support networks. This ensures that our machines not only meet today’s demands but continue to serve their users dependably well into the future.
Jarcrac forest machines
Our forest machines are ideally suited for year-round operations in young forests. Thanks to their compact dimensions and low ground pressure, they move through the forest while minimizing damage to standing trees and terrain.
The swinging bogie structure of the chassis, combined with a low center of gravity and high ground clearance, gives the machine a unique ability to operate in challenging terrain. Even crossing deep ditches is handled with ease.
The machines are engineered and built with demanding professional use in mind. Components are dimensioned for durability, spare parts are readily available worldwide, and a wide range of optional equipment is available to meet diverse operational needs.
Cabin
The Jarcrac cabin is designed with the operator’s workday in mind. It provides a safe working environment along with excellent visibility to the work area and treetops.
Ergonomics and comfort have been a key focus in the design. The cabin is spacious and bright, allowing the operator to clearly perceive their surroundings in all working situations.
All our forest machines are equipped as standard with a high-quality Grammer air-suspension seat.
The Jarcrac cabin combines safety, comfort, and practicality – exactly the qualities professionals rely on every working day.
